Alexandra
Alexandra aduce in rosterul agentiei Sunrise, dominat pana de curand de baieti, acel impuls feminin, rafinat, dar energic.
Indragostita de vinyluri, inspirandu-se din diferite stiluri de muzica, artisti, arte sau alte placeri ale vietii - de la Zip la Herbert, de la [a:rpia:r] la jazz, de la Jim Jarmusch la tequila, Alexandra nu doreste sa isi eticheteze stilul sub anumite genuri muzicale.
Curiozitatea si pasiunea au dus-o intr-o explorare treptata a scenei de muzica electronica din Romania. A scris articole pentru ClubbingMag - prima revista romaneasca de clubbing.
Apoi a intrat in echipa Sunrise Booking Agency si [a:rpia:r], alaturi de care a pus la cale evenimente multe si frumoase (printre care si faimosul festival Sunwaves), si a avut grija ca tot online-ul muzicii electronice sa descopere unii dintre cei mai talentati artisti romani.
A debutat ca DJ in anul 2009, momentul de inceput al unei fascinante calatorii pe trei continente: Tokyo, New York, Miami, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Berlin, Londra, Ibiza, Moscova, Paris si majoritatea tarilor europene au dansat pe seturile ei.
In 2016 Alexandra impreuna cu Vera creaza in Berlin primul lor label de muzica electronica numit Melliflow.
Cam asa suna povestea pana acum. Ascultati si daca va place, dansati!
Bursting and blooming into the 'boys dominated' Sunrise roster, Alexandra brings that refined yet energic feminine breeze into the Romanian electronic music scene.
Deeply in love with vinyls, drawing her inspiration from various artists, styles of music, arts or other life pleasures - from Zip to Herbert, from [a:rpia:r] to jazz, from Jim Jarmusch to tequila - Alexandra doesn't want to be labeled under some specific music genres.
Her curiousity and passion for music drove her through the journey into the electronic music environment of Romania and later around the world.
First she wrote articles for ClubbingMag (the first romanian clubbing magazine).
Then she joined the Sunrise Booking Agency and [a:rpia:r] label team to put up a lot of beautiful electronic music events ( like the now world-renowned goose-bumps generator Sunwaves Festival) and to promote some of the most talented Romanian artists.
Her debut as a DJ came in 2009, the starting point of a wondrous and fascinating trip that took her over three continents: Tokyo, New York, Miami, Lima, Santiago de Chile , Berlin, London, Ibiza, Moscow, Paris and most of the European countries have danced to her joyful and driven- to-unexpected sets.
In 2016 Alexandra teams-up with Vera to create in Berlin their first electronic music label called Melliflow.
