Suciu

Andrei Suciu, nascut in Ramnicu Valcea, a inceput in 2009 in plina ascensiune cu petrecerile de afterhours din clubul Mash-Up din Bucuresti, unde a intalnit cativa dintre cei mai indragiti DJ din Romania (Herodot, Cristi Cons, El Cezere, Kozo, Praslea).

Urmatoarele aparitii importante le are alaturi de chileanca Dinky in Clubul Daimon din Bucuresti si de Brothers’ Vibe, pe plaja Lollipop din Navodari, unde s-a bucurat de un real succes. In acelasi an are parte si de primele iesiri ca DJ din tara, una in Italia (Beat Club) Dr. Sax (Torino) si in Spania, Barcelona (Club 242)

De curand a inceput sa se axeze si pe productii muzicale, acesta fiind urmatorul vis pe care si-l doreste sa devina realitate. Are in plan cateva piese proprii in viitorul apropiat, dar si unele compuse impreuna cu colegii sai din echipa Lollipop. Sound-ul sau aparte trezete sentimente puternice in cei care au ocazia sa-l asculte, acesta alternand de la house, tech house i deephouse, nelipsit fiind, intotdeauna, groove-ul.

Printre artstii care l-au influentat si care l-au inspirat, de la inceputul carierei sale de Dj, se numara: Ricardo Villalobos, Thomas Melchior, Soul Capsule, Tan-Ru, G-Man, G-Flame, Mr. G, DJ Q, Whildchild Experience, Brothers`Vibe, Sascha Dive, Rhadoo si Petre Inspirescu.

Suciu is one of those standout names amongst the current wave of young Romanian talents who brought finesse beyond track selection, taking it a step further. His princeps skills are charming crowds with his groove-led productions and dance-inducing sets, balancing moods and motifs just like tightrope walkers, while dipping deep into haunted atmospherics. With some imagination on the part of the listener, Suciu creates an individual experience for everyone.

A lover of house, jazz, rap and rock, his ear was inspired by legends like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Depeche Mode, Prince, Eric Clapton or John Lee Hooker. His sound sits somewhere between house and techno, with a healthy dose of darkness, creating something complex and unique.
